La Guérite - Table reservation

I strongly advise this restaurant! We come every year 2 weeks in Isola 2000 and we usually eat once a day at the restaurant. Never a major problem when we came to eat here. But here... I decide to take a mojito and it's really unbreakable. I make the remark to the server a young person for the summer probably who answers me on an arrogant tone "our mojitos are the best, it is like this and not otherwise" really commercial answer, huh; I decide to put a diaper back to the manager and here's his answer "we put the best rum, it's not possible that it's not good, I know the recipe etc... and the best for the end "you have to come behind the bar do it! Frankly, I don't understand that it is so little noted... coming with the family service to super pleasant fasting and folding homemade meals its super good! I strongly recommend and yet I am of a critical nature!

The dish of the day was good and well served. The price is attractive. What to say from the reception... unpleasant, arrogant, ... the waitress should do a training in this profession. Too bad.

Frankly to avoid products are not fresh I took a salad, the salad was mold. I highly recommend other restaurants.
