This restaurant was only a short walk from where we’re staying and after reading other reviews felt we should dine here. Delighted we made that decision. It’s a small space with a quirky, fun decor. The owner does it all, cooks, serves, greets and seats diners. My French is abysmal and his English isn’t great but we communicated and he has a translated menu available. The meal was wonderful and so big!! We both opted for the steak and absolutely loved it. Done with a cheese based sauce and served with a mountain of fried potatoes and fresh green salad. There was a small blackboard wine list and we enjoyed a randomly chosen red from Beaune. An experience of rustic French cuisine I absolutely...
