We celebrated my wife's birthday in this restaurant and we really liked the food was very delicious. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. Although there were many customers the attention was always excellent from our waitress, she was called Elizabeth who at all times was very kind and patient with us, she also recommended some dishes that we liked a lot. Although there were many customers the food was very delicious. Definitely my family and I will return to enjoy the delicious food that is in this restaurant.!!
The food was delightful, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The only minor issues I encountered were the creaky table we were seated at and the dressing on the causa de pollo I ordered. The table creaked every time someone leaned on it. Additionally, while the two dressings that accompanied the causa were delicious, they unfortunately overwhelmed the dish and masked the flavors of the yellow potato and chicken. Everything else was excellent, though. Overall, it was a wonderful first experience!
We really enjoyed our meal and had excellent service. If you've never had Peruvian cuisine, don't worry, you'll find something on the menu that you'll enjoy. So, be a little adventurous and you won't be disappointed. One quick thing, though: when we had received our bill, there had already been a gratuity added. However, on the receipt to sign, there was a spot to add a gratuity and if you're not careful, it will be easy to give the gratuity twice.
The food was fantastic! We ordered ceviche, tiradito, and an appetizer featuring mussels that was amazing. The service was excellent as well. Normally, I don't indulge in dessert, but I couldn't resist trying the passion fruit mousse with chocolate, and it was absolutely perfect.

Great place to sit and relax outside. Server was excellent and very professional. Ceviche was very good and fish was fresh. The wife had a drink which she was very happy with. Dessert was good as well, chocolate with vanilla ice cream. Defiantly a nice spot and will be back.
As an African American visiting a new restaurant, you never know how your experience will be. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience! Peruvian food is now one of our favorites. The service was great and the restaurant very clean.
You can always tell the difference when a restaurant uses bottled lemon juice instead of freshly squeezed lemon. Huaca offers some of the best ceviche in the area, not to mention their fantastic Pisco Sours. Highly recommended!
