Terrible service, the waitresses without encouragement, the food took too long and the 20% surcharge is not worth what they charge, and last but not least the 50-year-old owner or manager yelling at the waitresses and the cooks, don't go there because He is the one who should set the example, better go to the barzola a few blocks away, it is worth waiting than waiting in line there, everything is very expensive and zero quality
I had chaulafan and Arroz con pollo. Both of them weren 't that great, or maybe I was just expecting more since it was manabita and haven 't been in an Ecuadorian restaurant in the past 3 years since I moved from NY. Staff was very friendly and place was nice and clean. If I were to go again I would try something else.
I came from afar to try the food, not at all what the reviews say.The food took half an hour to be served, the lomo saltado I ordered was very salty, the chaulafan I don't know if I paid for the oil or the rice that was on the plate.EYE!! THEY CHARGE 20% FOR SERVICE, AND IT DOES NOT EQUAL THE ATTENTION THEY GAVE ME!
Terrible food, a pure water and onion ceviche, a very small snapper and the horrible salad, super bitter as old, and the waitress very clueless. And the 20% tip is already included in the bill. It looks more like a bar because the music is very loud. I won't go back to that place. I do not recommend it. Book a table now
Had a wonderful experience with my family from North Carolina, they loved it as well. Food was just like my moms used to make. She is no longer with us. So it was a whole wonderful appreciation for their cooking! We had six separate dishes and each one was delicious ????
