I couldn’t believe when I saw it about this restaurant selling my typical food from my town in Perú!!! I have been looking for so long a restaurant that will sell my jungle dishes from my town in Perú.If you haven’t tried authentic jungle food you got to try this place, is small place has few seating inside but food is delicious!!! I got Juanes, tacacho mixed with bits of fried pork skin, humitas saladas, arroz chaufa and papa a la huancaina (the last two dishes are typical Peruvian dishes)Also they have aguaje ice creams, cocona drinks and uvachados (exotic drink) delicious!!I’m definitely coming back to eat more of my favorite dishes!!!!

Although this restaurant may not appear remarkable from the outside or even within, the food is absolutely outstanding. The dishes were amazing, and the service was exceptionally friendly. I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast there with my family. I highly recommend it!

La Kokona offers delicious food in a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Arroz Chaufa from their menu. It's definitely worth a visit to explore new varieties of Peruvian cuisine.

The restaurant is on the expensive side, and although the food was interesting, it didn't quite meet my expectations. From an American standpoint, I felt it lacked a familiar reference point. Book a table now

La Kokona offers the best pesto sauce for green noodles among all New Jersey restaurants! Their menu truly stands out with this delicious specialty.

The food and service were outstanding. But prices expensive. Nevertheless, i recommend the Kokona Juice, cecina chaufa and plantain Tacacho.?

They should consider playing Peruvian folk music instead of salsa, as it would better represent the essence of Peru.
