Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin. Arrivé de bonne heure et nous avons pu profiter de la proposition du jour pour l’entrée, à savoir: ris de veau , pointe d’asperge, morille, le tout entouré d’un feuilleté, sublime. Le sandre et son feuilleté de légumes ainsi que le canard superbe également , et la meilleure polenta que j’ai mangé. Le dessert chocolat , parfait. En clair, on s’est vraiment fait plaisir et l’accueil est parfait.
