Once you go to this place, you can feel the love and heart that is in this business. The pizza cook is loud, but hearty and welcomes everyone. He had made two children behind the counter with him pizza when we first entered and one could say that the experience of the hand made pizzas something very special for them. Later they took the pizzas to the table of their parents to enjoy the fruits of their experience. The place is small so we had to wait, but one of the waiters was fast to offer us drinks options while we waited. We could enjoy some wine during our 10 minutes. The food prices are very reasonable and the quality is top notch! We had the Caprese appetizer, the pizza and the spaghet...
We were a group of 6 having dinner on our chalet hosts' night off. The interior is very pleasant, quite rustic with subdued lighting. The service was very friendly and responsive, which is very refreshing for a restaurant in France. We skipped starters, which seemed very expensive. My wife and I had the lamb casserole, my son and daughter shared a raclette, son-in-law had tartiflette, and daughter-in-law the grill chicken. Everyone had a bit of everyone else's, because it all looked so nice. We all enjoyed our individual dishes, Mains were about 30 euros each. We shared 3 sweets, which were excellent. It wasn't a cheap night, but we all came away happy.
A cosy restaurant in one of the best hotels in Val d'Isere, we went for the truffled fondue and charcuterie on the side... this is the only time in my life that I haven't been able to finish a fondue. We probably left about half of it to our dismay... but it was delicious, with large chunks of truffle. A nice little white wine to help digest, and a salad to make us feel healthy... it was a delicious meal. While we didn't try any of the meats, the steak for two and the chicken roasting on the spit both looked delicious as well. We'll definitely be back.
My friend and I stopped here for a bite to eat during a day of sightseeing in Paris. We spotted cheese fondue on the menu and immediately wanted to give it a go. The cheese came in a large pot under a gas heat to keep it warm, it was yummy. It was accompanied by crusty French bread, cold cured meats and potatoes. Overall very yummy. A few of the potatoes were passed their best, we mentioned this to the waiter and he quickly brought out more for us. Overall a great lunch stop!

Always loved this place and thought it was the best in the village. This time I was very disappointed. Ordered t bone veal steak. Waited way too long and finally got our steaks.... dry, impossible to chew. I could not really eat it and stayed hungry. I complained to the waitress about the meal. They still charged me 30 euros for it. I cannot believe this restaurant did this. Not sure if we go there again. Normally we come by big groups:(.

Really nice dinner. Had the traditional savoie food between 5 of us. Not cheap but very nice. Would recommend.
