We haven’t been back for a while. This was always our favourite restaurant but it’s only open for half the week even in the season....we often visit in May or September and if the weather isn’t great, we don’t book. The reason being this restaurant has such a lovely position in the woods...you really don’t want to eat inside. It’s a bit more expensive than it used to be...it’s basically high end Italian...with some amazing pizza’s if you want...hand made, crispy.. to die for. I had pasta this time with crps...the flavour was incredible...the umami hit fabulous. My husband had the ceps pizza. The coffee is also the best. My husband said his wine was excellent and local. Full marks and thank y...
