We booked a couple of days ahead for our wedding anniversary lunch having read good reviews and were given a friendly welcome. The waiter didn't speak much English but with a little help from a neighbouring table we all managed to get ourselves understood. We selected off the 27€ fixed menu and enjoyed an excellent salmon tarte, steak and frits followed by creme caramel chocolate mouse. We drank the local wine from the Cave next door at 6.50€ half ltr and with a glass of the local Cremant de Rauzan (bubbles) and a coffee came to 80€ with tip. We would recommend especially if our staying at the lovely Vieux de Chateau campsite 15mins walk away and don't have to drive.
