A beautiful place, a pleasant terrace, excellent staff and very attentive to the needs of customers... good wines, a remarkable but lame appetizer... the dish of the day is a piece of can which turns out to be absolutely uncutable... and it doesn't seem to me that this is a failure of the knives which seemed very sharp... a shame and unexpected at this level of performance. The accompaniment and sauce for this dish were perfect, but I'm taking away stars because of this meat which required a battle that I didn't win!
As soon as you enter the restaurant you can see that it is a different place from the others in the region. Impeccable service, detailed presentation of each product, everything done professionally. The dishes... delicious!
Certainly one of the best restaurants in the region. Succulent cuisine, friendly and efficient service, beautiful view of Lake Neuchâtel.
Too good but I shouldn't rate it well because we will have to wait months for a place to return.
