The staff is incredibly friendly. Food excelled and presented. My third time here in less than a year, but every time, I am disappointed by my perception that the menu lacks creativity or ingenuity. This is the second time we came to eat here in 3 months and again everything was excellent. It’s very fine, perfectly balanced, we chose a Provencal Walking menu in 4 times as the first time and everything was different, the card changes all the time and we have once again been totally conquered. In addition the staff is pleasant, listening, good advice and impeccable service. Really I recommend this heartfelt address.
Restaurant well placed in the center, with a pleasant terrace. Christopher Hache's kitchen is tjrs in the diapason, millimetrereal, true, with a southern accent. We find the talent of the chief met at Crillon. Very beautiful map just like the choice of wines and a very dynamic and friendly team... A return is needed for a future dinner
This table was a very nice discovery, a faultless from the beginning to the end, everything was deliciously cooked and refined (the tomato pie from Ricaud in the entrance, the iced veal ris to the truffle and what to say of the chocolate soufflé that was to fall... Book a table now
We returned for the second time in this beautiful place. We were able to stay in the rooms above the starred restaurant and we had fun without forgetting dinner! Each dish amazed us with its quality and preparation! The Chef stirs us every time!!
From Crillon (in 2012) to Eygalières... Never disappointed. Excellence in simplicity. Excellent service, quality products. An unparalleled quality ratio. Wines at all prices. A menu in 4 services at 90 €. No way!
