During bike vacation here, pizza. Now we often eat pizza in the better restaurants in NL, but this one was really good. According to my limited knowledge of the pizza techniques, this is a Napolitan pizza. Deliciously skinny soil with salty mozzarella and ham. In the wood columns, the pizza will be ready in two minutes, which I think means the oven is getting very hot. It's done with charcoal, and I haven't seen it before, the stone is spinning around the glowing wood. Nice couple, by the way, has some visible pleasure in each other and business.
