we have dinner on Saturday 8 July 2017 with menus at 38€. The portion of salmon in the entrance was really too small. For dessert, the half-cooked chocolate melting accompanied by a chartered ice cream was served with a ridiculous and half- fondue ice serving!The main dish was consistent with a menu at all the same 38€. Everything was good but service and portions are not related to the menu price. Moreover the leather simili coating of our armchairs was disintegrated by leaving on our pants and skirts many black mini particles! We also found that many armchairs had these wear marks on both the seat and the back of the armchairs. We won't go back.
We were very disappointed. The amusing mouth "the canelé with the reblochon" was without taste.A failed or useless creation. the entries were served without any effort of presentation in the plate. Desolative! then the handcuff wasn't prepared according to tradition and the aïoli was too liquid and did not contain enough garlic. it would have been better to serve this fish with the broth vegetables. dessert was good but served unevenly for the 4 guests. we took the discovery menu at 32€: the perfect organic egg in the entrance is a real treat for taste buds. Same for the cute pig fillet stuffed with dish snails. Dessert (apricot in 3 ways) a little while back.
