We were brought menus and after giving our drinks order waitress dashed off to get them. She returned sometime later and had forgotten a lemonade. She was asked no fewer than 6 times during our time there for lemonade till it eventually turned up. The table next door we noted did not get there food until after us. Then when they did get it there mains turned up whilst they were still eating their starters and were just shoved next to their starters to get cold whilst they finished them! One of us had steak well done with veg and salad came with chips and very **** sent back, returned with veg but just as ****! My pizza was cold and nice. My husbands seafood platter although plentiful did not...
After 5x reordering drinks as everything we wanted (a smoothie, wine, beer) was not available, we ended with a simple coke and sprite and syrop for the kids. 1 family member had a starter. The one starter was served at the same time with the main courses for the rest with result that the person with the starter had to eat alone their main course. When the main course finally arrived (ordered an entrecôte) it was 1 piece of fat baked in a litre of oil, swimming on the plate. When you make a complaint about this the personnel can only say oh ok as their English is as **** as their food. The pizza was ok though.
Port de Boyardville is well worth a visit and has shade parking in the centre. There is lots of choice of restaurants but La Marina is over all at the top. Menu de Marche is tremendous value. The staff are helpful and efficient but one feels neither rushed nor crowded.
If you're wondering whether or not to eat here...just don't. We ordered pizza pancakes. What we got was terrible. Pizza's from Dr.Oetker taste better and more authentic then what they serve. I don't wanna know when that pancake was made... Tasteless all the way.
