we had come in confidence, having enjoyed previous meals in this restaurant. a great desire for potjevleesch. Alas, from the first bite, a doubt about freshness, a little taste sticking on the tongue. Our plates were changed, we chose another dish, correct this one. A little misunderstanding about the explanation given. Maybe the chief could have come to see us... the waitress did her best to erase this inconvenience. It still remains a regrettable incident.
Excellent restaurant. The welcome was particularly warm and unique. The dishes are prepared with love and passion, and it feels. We ordered 3 different dishes, and each was finished with the last drop of sauce. It is a quality restaurant that I will advise many people looking for old but high quality dishes. Carbonade is succulent.
Even in the week, the noon, we find the friendly, casual and ch'ti atmosphere, but always pro, pierrot and his team. table side, calf rakes and just excellent tripes. deco ad hoc, table and matching towel, cup of service. a beer card a little just, maybe!
