Particular situation: left for family funerals in Savoy on the day while we were in La Salle, I decided to dine at La Manouille with my little family when I returned to change my ideas. I get rinsed on the spot but what a good idea! Warm welcome, very beautiful Cave (the Vacqueras was top), friendly service, cosy setting and generous dishes. Anyway, 22 years in Serre-Chevalier without going through this restaurant, a mistake? Not a nice surprise. Thank you!
