We decided to visit the sea town Hondaribia on our way to San Sebastian from France. We have heard of this small town as a must visit place. We parked our car on the road and walked through the village streets admiring the beautiful houses and apartments in the village. When we had enough of walking, we decided to have lunch in a restaurant closer to the place where we parked the car. We found this restaurant La Muela Jatetxia while walking on the concrete paved promenade. The banner on top of the restaurant was in Basque-Spanish ‘Kantauriko Arrain eta Itsaskiak’ which we later found has the meaning ‘Cantabrian Fish and Seafood’.
