Specifically, lower range dining options (such as sandwiches and burgers were not available upon arrival, and I specifically chose this restaurant for my family’s gathering based on the site’s nice range of options as we can’t all afford expensive options. My husband and I visited this restaurant during our stay at the hotel. He ordered a meatball pasta dish which arrived cold. I opted for the calamari and gumbo. The gumbo, as described on the menu, was supposed to contain chicken, sausage, shrimp, and scallops. However, what was served was a unappetizing brown dish that clung to the sides of the bowl with only small bits of chicken and sausage. It was overly salty and tasted reheated. My friend and I have dined at La Musique before a Fisher show previously. This time, we were there with our daughters for lunch before Hamilton. We had a wonderful time; it was truly special. Our favorite waitress and bartender took great care of us. As always, Holly was welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. You are fortunate to have her as part of your team.
Ambience. It's missing ambience, from the lighting to the TVs to the service to the furnishings. I was hoping and expecting a hotel restaurant /bar in a hotel as nice as the St Regis to have better ambience. It was like they couldn't decide on whether to do it up or do it down. On the plus side, the people working there were all very nice.

Our server was Wanda and she was fantastic. Gave great suggestions on the food which was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. There is construction at the entrance which made it a little difficult to find but the people at St Regis Hotel were helpful.
I visit quite often. Their food selection is not bad. I give it 5 stars because they try to accommodate your special food requests if possible. The serving team is friendly and remember things like I don't eat bread and I how I like my Jack Daniels
The food and staff were amazing. It was a great night. Even had a visit from the Chef himself. I can't wait to tell everyone where to go for a wonderful night at the right price.
Regrettably, the dinner menu has been updated and no longer includes hamburgers, fries, chicken quesadillas, or chicken wings. As a result, I will not be returning for dinner.

Our server was excellent. I’m sorry I don’t recall her name. The restaurant wasn’t very busy but she still took more time with us than she had to.
Catfish Po'Boy was off the chain. Great atmosphere. Wish more people knew about this place
