we asked for a table to say at the arrival that it was a minute behind two other couples before we could sit. we then sat on a table to wait with other couples to other tables that were good waiting. we were not even offered a drink while we were waiting. five minutes later, another couple arrived and they were also told that there were a minute waiting and asked to sit near us. within minutes they were offered a table in front of all the others waiting. two minutes later a group arrived and sat immediately. at this point we left and another few the bad service. no idea how to eat.
beautiful atmosphere, no frills, excellent eating. very good value for a ski resort...before the price of some of the other places we went to and eat much better. we went twice during our weeks and patterned pizza, salad and pasta dishes. all were. they can't book what a pain is, but at each occasion we had only a short waiting time until a table is available. highly recommended.
the restaurant was nice and the food was good. although we both sent out and called in advance to ensure that they had gluten-free pizza they said they had. but when we were there, they had none. Otherwise, it's a good...Restaurant ellinor
They prioritise Austrians over others for seating. Main waiter doesn't speak English. At the end we decided to take out our food and they mixed our order.
