First time and last time eating at this establishment. Normally you receive your thin crispy chips and salsa first but in this case you receive your hard too thick chips and salsa long after your drinks even come. That's a first impression already. Order was taken in good time but I guess you are only allowed 20 chips. Server never came back with more or even asked us if we needed anything. My go-to place for authentic Mexican food. I've lived all over the southwest and was raised on hispanic food and this restaurant helps keep my need for authenticity satisfied. The service is always timely and generally friendly. I've gone here probably 10 times in the last year and it's never disappointed. The mood is definitely set for more of a fun/bar experience but it has enough dining areas for you to spend it with your family.
The food here is just mediocre. Ordered chicken enchiladas with green sauce and it was waaay too salty for my taste. The table side guacamole did not meet expectations. Onions were cut too large and it was missing the garlic powder and lime juice. The wait staff was good and served us quickly, but did not understand English very well, so there was a little disconnect during the ordering process.
I would rate this restaurant a 3.5. Coming from California, I think their Mexican food is pretty good. I really enjoy the service, the hot chips, the salsa, and the margaritas here. The staff is very friendly, and you get generous portions for what you pay. Everything is wonderfully cheesy. It's a great spot to enjoy some drinks or have a family night out. The desserts are delicious as well!

We dined there on a Friday evening. It was busy, but we were seated immediately. The server was attentive without being intrusive. We really enjoyed the barrel seats. We ordered the chicken and shrimp enchiladas, which were delicious and quite filling.
The restaurant was quite busy during lunch, but the staff efficiently managed seating and served us promptly. Everything we ordered was delicious, hot, and fresh. Although the steak had a bit too much fat, it was seasoned nicely.
We loved this place! I ordered the Shrimp Fajita Enchiladas. Super fresh. The shrimp was grilled to perfection. The guacamole salad was a perfection edition. Grilled onions were tasty. Definitely would order again!
We ate here TWICE on vacation, convenient for take out late night meals in the hotel and very good. The cheese dip was excellent and the burritos were enormous.
