The Segureño lamb is exceptional, but it is overshadowed by the excellent treatment of the waiters. It was OK. Well overcooked but tasty chicken. My friend was served raw stinky tuna. Had to ask umpteen times for a glass. In their defence there was 18 of us but don't take a booking if you can't manage it. Reply to la noria I would never treat serving staff as servants.! I have the utmost respect for people in the service industry. I know they work very hard so please don't insinuate this. The service just wasn't that great and yes the tuna was raw and inedible.
