We visited La Nota Bene twice during a weeks stay in Val Andre and were not disappointed. Its a small restaurant but we found the service friendly and helpful. They were full on our first visit and it would have been easy to turn us away but the staff re-arranged some tables and we were seated. Service on the first occasion was a little slow and the waiter apologised for this but we were in no hurry so it didn't bother us. I've tasted my fair share of lasagne in the past but I have to say theirs is up with the best. Pizza's also are good ..as long as you like the thin and crispy variety.
The service was shocking. The younger guy tried, but the older woman wasn't interested at all. Ignored us after looking at us, never got a water refill or second drink, waited about 10 minutes just to review that just happened because I went to the register. The pizza was good, Pasta was nice, but the food wasn't good enough to have such a service. Wouldn't mind coming back
Small Italian restaurant next to our hotel. That was why we were here for the first time. Food was very good, the lady who served us was very friendly and friendly and we really enjoyed our meals. The next day we decided to eat here again, and it was a good choise. Again it was very good! If you visit Pleneuf-Val-André, don't hesitate, just go in and enjoy!
Delicious pizza with lots of cheese and fresh ingredients. Friendly staff who seemed to appreciate that we knew a bit of French, so we just got together.
