We have been the evening before to a 1 star Michelin, and for lunch to this one: much better! Food is delicate, tasty and feel natural (not too salty nor too fat). Recommended especially for the great quality/price ratio.
5 stars for the best couscous and the best tajines of Pontarlier to my taste so far. Not to mention pastries. Beautiful presentations and local quality products. I highly recommend.
