La Parenthese - Table reservation

I give this one star because of the roof view and not much more. I ordered the escargot for my starter and steak for the main. the escargot was an overgrown, salty chaos. I asked for my steak and it came to me and bleeded on my teller. when I asked to be cooked even more (what I should always do) was what I came back, a dried, hard, gumy, inedible excuse for a piece of meat. the accompanying was dry and edible. we also asked for a bottle of red wine that arrived cold! this restaurant is also extremely overpriced for what they get. absolutely zero value for money! avoid this restaurant. they're not going anywhere near it.

good service. good food. peaceful place on the roof terrace without noise, but the knives on the plates. desserts were also nice. we even had a nice conversation with Americans and desire.

refined and excellent dishes, and a warm welcome of eric and françois. a must on uzès!
