We came here for lunch. I had the 16 euro menu and husband had the 23 euro. We both thought the food was tasty and excellent value. I had the carpaccio of beef, 'facon Maki' to start and thought it was a clever interpretation of the dish, the main course fish dish was delicious and desert was 'chocolaty' enough for my taste! Husband's meal was also innovative, the lamb main course was particularly good. We could not fault this meal for the money. Creating a menu on a strict budget, which is interesting and keeps people coming back for more, is tricky enough, to get it under 16 euros shows real talent. The service was also excellent, speedy enough for a quick lunch but attentive enough to mak...

A modern setting at the top of the mediatque centre with great views over the red bricks of Albi and the cathedral. we manged between the two of us to choose all 6 items on the lunch menu. Each was delicious, the Lotte was deep fired in batter but was soft and moist, the chocolate pudding was as my wife said "one of the very best". My pineapple treat was also delicious. Service was good and efficient and a good selection of local gaillac wines. We will return, a just above mid range prices but well worth it

La part des Anges is located on the rooftop of the newly built Albi Grand Theatre, offering the greatest view on all the landmarks of this beautiful historical city. This to me would have made it the ultimate "tourist-trap", which it is absolutely not. The service is great, the food is as sophisticated as needed and home made. The value for money is really excellent.

In a large group today with a three course set lunch. Quite a small serving of soup, a good chapron with really nice veg and sauce. Pudding was a bit of chestnut marron tart which went down well. Good selection of wines. Comfortable seating. All modern and new. Terrace spoilt by chain mail fencing obscuring what would be an excellent view of Albi. Book a table now

Superb rooftop situation with friendly, helpful staff. The varied and daily changeing menu is not only fantastic value for money but the dishes are thoughtfully and imaginately prepared and plated and would do credit to any fine dining restaurant. The set menu prices are very reasonable and the wines very sensibly priced. Don't miss it

A great place to either have lunch, aperitif, tapas, or evening meal, especially outside when the weather is good. Pleasant service, and good food. This bar/ restaurant does not have any pretensions beyond being an enjoyable place to meet and eat. This is definitely one of our favourite places to start the evening.

We have eaten here on 7 occasions this summer, we have never been disappointed, consistently good, very professional service and excellent cuisine. The decor is pleasing and the lighting soft, comfortable chairs. One item that lets it down are the dead flies left for all to see in the large flat circular lamps.

We were looking forward to lunch and mistakenly ordered the veal which turned out to be a cube of leather. It was inedible so was returned. In its place came some chicken or was it turkey or? It was softer but the meal was unacceptable at a high price. Book a table now

This stylish modern restaurant sits atop a large theater and affords views across historic Albi. Our tour group had a splendid three course lunch with pitchers of wine. Service was excellent.
