These are the best pancakes I ate. They are good, mellow, not too soft, which allows to garnish them at all. Even for the gales, salted just what it takes. We had taken many of them on the occasion of a wedding return several years ago, and since then we have become unconditional. The welcome is to the author of the quality of crêpes/galettes.
