Accueil décevant, nous avons dû attendre plus de 20 mn avant qu'une serveuse ne daigne venir voir si nous souhaitions commander. Le minimum aurait été au bout de quelques minutes de voir si nous souhaitions un apéritif, cela nous aurait permis de patienter sereinement. Le service est correct mais sans plus, alors que la choucroute ne parvient pas à faire sensation. Trop peu de choux, plusieurs viandes mais pas de jarret, juste des tanches de rôti et des saucisse d'Alsace. Tout le monde peut faire se genre de Choucroute à son domicile sans difficulté. Easter Sunday evening, we had no reservation and had already been turned down by 3 other places, it appeared quite busy but they still found a table for us. Food came super fast and was good and tasty (Flammkueche, Quiche), and the service was lovely; even volunteered to take our picture. We appreciated that there's no background music, and liked the interior. We stayed a bit longer after official opening hours while they were quietly starting to prepare for next day, but they were really relaxed and we continued to feel welcome.
One of our best meal experiences during our 2 1/2 week France/Germany/Austria expedition. It starts with the casual vibe….no reservations, no problem. My vegetarian wife was very happy to find an au gratin dish, a change of pace from flammenkuchens. I really enjoyed my braised pork with spatzel…the pork melted on the fork. We highly recommend La Pergola.
A very nice discovery for this restaurant on Colmar. A nice decoration, a warm atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. The dishes were excellent, Spaetzle gratin at the munster and Jambonneau braised, a delight!!! Thank you we spent a wonderful stay in your beautiful Alsatian region.

Petit restaurant typique au centre de Colmar. Décoration chaleureuse, personnel jeune et très agréable. Ideal pour manger des spécialités locales et faire une pause entre 2 visites. Nous avons pris la tourte et la salade; portion généreuse, salade fraîche et tourte goûteuse.
Very good reception, a great plus thanks to the server that was very helpful! We ate very well, the plates are generous, and other surprise pizza was excellent in addition to the other specialties of the region, to do!
