Le menu à 50,00 euros est vraiment sublime. Les entrées sont vraiment tout à fait surprenantes. La truite associée à la mélisse est d’une incomparable fraîcheur. Le foie gras et sa salade de betteraves cache bien son jeu : le foie gras est l’accompagnement et la star est la betterave, assaisonnée aux trois poivres.
