This restaurant is well situated for travellers in Le Chêne, a short diversion off the D900 between Avignon and Apt. There is free parking on the opposite side of the road. The building is not very attractive from the outside. Some weeding could have been done to cheer it up. In good weather there is a terrace carpeted with ‘astroturf’. We ate inside on what seemed like an average day – the restaurant was half-full. NB it is closed at weekends and obviously caters for local business people as well as passing tourist trade. Choisi pour un dîner de fin de vacances entre potes, nous nous sommes bien régalés. La carte est restreinte et un seul menu est proposé => La qualité s'en ressent positivement ! Soupe au pistou, bar et légumes wokés, tartare de bœuf avec ses petites pommes de terre grenailles... Les portions sont belles.Le service est sympathique et pro. La petite terrasse fut bien agréable durant cette période caniculaire de début Août 2017. Le restaurant est effectivement non loin d'une route passante, mais suffisamment enclavé dans une petite rue latérale pour que cela ne soit pas gênant. La salle intérieure est grande avec vue sur les cuisines.
Nous avons bien mangé. Les plats sont bons et bien présentés. Nous avons seulement regretté que la lote ait été remplacée par du lieu sans diminution du prix.Par contre nous avons été très gênés par les 3 ou 4 tables de fumeurs qui nous entouraient et les personnes qui ont fumé pendant une grande partie de notre repas. Nous suggérons d installer un coin fumeur à l écart des tables.
I discovered this restaurant by chance on my way to the Bruoux Mines with my 2 boys aged 3 and 4. The restaurant is cosy, informal and they had menus for the adults as well as for the children. The food was of great quality and the pricing was reasonable. Very nice experience

No fancy restaurant but what you get in your plate is tasteful and well prepared. Just what you wish to find to have a great dinner Wine was amazing with a viognier from Marquis Pertuy
Found this place via Tripadvisor. Not disappointed. No disappointments with good service. Steak was fantastic and octopus was really fresh. Well worth the short drive from Apt.

Agree with others that it’s hard to find, but absolutely worth the effort! We had a wonderful dinner, reasonably priced. Excellent service. This is a keeper!
