the order arrived after 1.45h and the food was no longer warm. we couldn't reach anyone by phone to ask. I understand, of course, that it can come to delay when a lot is going on. but you could solve it differently!
it was not 90 minutes, but 120 and the pizza was ice cold. Nobody goes to the phone if they want to know where it will be. the delivery time indicated with 60 minutes
