today I found moved, for a holy Friday, to serve bowls of picolats in main dish. this apart, I did not find in this menu called "catalane discovery" the culinary art of michel guérard and its dietetic cuisine of which the restaurant dies, nor the typical Catalan cuisine as we are lucky to taste it in the white toques of the department and so explained well by eliane comelade.
The only memory I keep from staying at this hotel is my assault at the restaurant. Indeed, after informing the waitress that my meat was too cooked, a cook, the second after what I heard came into the room by attacking me and insulting me. I find this attitude unacceptable and I don't intend to come back
