Being residents of Vecindario on Gran Canaria, we are regular visitors to many local bars and restaurants, this one is slightly unique. other reviews have mentioned the food orders arriving cold or incorrect, also they have mentioned the staff giving bad service, this is TRUE however this seems to be why. some of the staff have the cordless point of sales pads allowing them to take your orders which are printed directly at the kitchen or bar depending what you have ordered. Other members of staff do not have these pads and are simply to assist serving dishes to the tables and clearing away afterwards, this can cause confusión for people when asking for service. We discovered this restaurant in a massive shopping mall and had what we thought would be a small snack which turned into a meal the food was prepared quickly although we did have to wait for 1 of the 3 meals for quite a while we were halfway through our meal when the other meal arrived. Having said that the wait was worth it and we left feeling very full and satisfied
