Balm La Pistache - Table reservation

The food at this restaurant is outstanding. The service is also outstanding. The staff are so attentive and friendly. They’re professional without being pretentious which I find very important. The food is gorgeous. The mango burrata salad in particular is to die for. You get a really generous amount of mango which is perfectly ripe, and the burrata complements it so well. The portion size for the Wiener schnitzel is very generous and it tastes delicious, especially with the side of potato salad. My only feedback is that I was surprised the menu is only available in German, considering how many non German-speaking tourists visit. I was their with a business partner for a diner. We both took the 4 meals menue with venaison. The meals were excellent even if there was may slightly too much for a diner. The place is nice but is lacking a bite of charm at least the room where we were. The staff was awesome.

A remarkable dinner. The restaurant La Pistache had advertised Wild Week. We knew from acquaintances, La Pistache is known for wild and other specialty weeks. Our expectations were exceeded. Excellent food, excellent Host and courteous service staff.

Well thought through presentation, delicious meals, perfect service, particular thanks to our waitress clearly from Ukraine (small accent and yellow-blue finger nails) who was very friendly despite us speaking Russian

We are in this restaurant whilst staying in the hotel. They had an autumn menu with venison dishes which were superb.
