Ever since I discovered this hidden paradise in St Germain en Laye when it opened in September 2016, I 've been back many times and the family is now hooked. For a start, the staff are adorable, totally professional, and the ambience is very welcoming. Using top Italian ingredients, we love their pizzas freshly made in front of you to go. The beauty is that you bake them at home, so there 's no taste of a pizza box and they 're fresh out the oven. When you enter already you are impressed by the decor with a vespa hung on the wall, you have a farandole of different pizzas, with the antipasti, fresh pasta, you can even see the pasta machine where the customers can see the servers cut the 'paste leaves.' the waiters are warm, pleasant desserts are not bad, I have the impression of getting back to my side
