Long-time regulars of ouillette, we were very disappointed with the revival of this Val d’Isère classic. The kitchen is really not up to the standard of the place. The tasteless salmon toast was served on a slice of stale bread, impossible to cut. The meat was fatty and bad. The pasta was bathed in oil. Industrial desserts. Too bad the service was rather friendly. Factory feeling and lack of authenticity... in short, much too expensive for what you eat. There remains the terrace in the sun which is unbeatable.
The dishes are good but the service! No explanation to tell us how and when to get the dish, even for salad sauce, bread... A little expensive to my taste. And the bouquet, the wearing of the mask by the servers, under the mouth! Prefer the picnic on the lake.

The frame is beautiful. Excellent service. The dishes are very good when the desserts are asked again! This week I tasted a tatin pie and the best lemon pie revisited! Go to the eyes closed
