I have never been treated so badly as a customer in my life. I called at 6:40 to order my pizza. By 8 pm it hadn't arrived yet. I called to see if it had left yet and they said yes. The restaurant is 5 minutes from my house. I waited until 8:25 to call back in case they had other orders to deliver first. They then decide to tell me that they have no record of my order. Put me on hold and disconnect the call. I give them a few minutes to call back and again they don't. So I call back where they pretend they have no idea what I'm talking about.
