Located at the bridge of Bry-sur-Marne, on the roundabout, this tablissement offers high quality cuisine as it is difficult to find anywhere in france. perfect coconut uf, dos cabillaud cooked nacr, mirror allowing a drink of dcuple flavors, which is extremely rare. pcan nut dessert is a pure gourmet dlice. the staff is welcoming, warm, professional and has a strong empathy. service is fast and agrable. Think of asking for a digestive yuzu, it's perfect. the final touch: the waitress iza dances like a design and the bosses comment on her kitchen at the end of the meal. We loved it. the price qualit ratio is high-end but justifi. I strongly recommend this tablation.
Very nice discovery! The dishes are original, superbly cooked, generous and particularly delicious. meat and cape veal riy was perfect with a very beautiful piece (very beautiful, I had difficulties finishing.) the plum was towed and melted in the middle, perfectly caramelized above. potato cakes filled with meat juice with sun sauce. desserts are surprising, perfectly controlled and excellent. In short, it was perfect!
in a chic and comfortable setting, we had a very good evening. the quality of the dishes and drinks are excellent. very nice staff and good advice. this restaurant deserves to be known. the only small apartment, prices on the map were not the same as on the internet. But we're having fun.
