Instead of being explained nicely like a well trained 5 star hotel staff on why it was not possible to dine outdoor even though it was protected by awning, we were scolded like a five year old school child by the head waiter Sandra and categorically refused our request for an outdoor table without any apology or respect. We were a bit sceptical when we arrived because of the size of the hotel. But we ate on the restaurant terrace in the evening which was very atmospheric. The best thing was the staff all very attentive and friendly, thank you. An excellent and interesting menu and the food was very good and well presented. All on all an excellent evening made even better by the staff.

the word that comes closest would be sublime. absolutely all perfect. the service better yet. very grateful. If you're in the area and you're not going, it's like going to Paris and not seeing the eiffel tower.
