La Quercia Trattoria

We have a voucher from the restaurant La Quercia over € 50,00. This voucher was issued on 21.02.2020 valid until 21.02.2021. We asked if the voucher is still valid. In response, we got no voucher is already charged with the tax office???? We were very disappointed about this answer and left the restaurant without food. In principle, vouchers are valid for three years! If nothing else is on it, a voucher is valid for three years. The deadline shall expire at the end of a calendar year. For example, if the date of purchase was in February 2020, the voucher will not expire exactly three years later in January, but only at the end of 2023.
