Me and my parents were doing a sightseeing trip through Galicia and one of our stops was Ribadeo. We ended up here, at the Fifth. The description of the interior of the restaurant was old but beautiful at the same time, the walls were made of stones and the people, who loved all the dishes, left coins. In the bathroom the sink was a huge pot for making octopus, very original. I ate some ribs that were to die for, or rather I gobbled them down like a wild beast. For parents who come with sons or daughters, there is no children's menu unless you do the ribs like me. We just arrived RIBADEO and were looking for a wonderful place to have our first dinner. This was it!! We felt welcome from the moment we walked in because the bartender made eye contact and said “Welcome”. Then Marta seated us and we ordered bottled water for 2 of us and a bottle of red wine. They have grilled provolone cheese on the menu, which is one of our favorite dishes from an Argentine restaurant so we ordered it, but without tomato with green olives. It was wonderful! Personal amable, pero la ración de jamón ibérico regular: escasa, cara y el jamón no estaba cortado en el momento, por lo que aparecía lacio y grasiento. No pedir jamón. The food is fine for the price. My wife had hake cooked in a butter sauce with sea urchins. I had the Argentinian style beef ribs. The service is very sub-standard. We added an item (chorizo criollo) right 5 minutes after we ordered. It never came after many requests on our part. When the restaurant filled up, our waitress ignored us. We have been coming to Ribadeo for years (my wife has roots in a Ribadeo), and this has not been the first time that this happens. The waitress did not apologize or making any attempts to make amends.

Went with family and taste the most tender, juicy and delicious meat. The waitress was excellent and her recommendations were spot on. Specially for our litlle kid. The ambiance was cherfull and made us enjoy our time there. Definetly recommend the place.
Restaurante muy agradable, la atención perfecta, el personal rápido y profesional, la comida muy buena, el aguacate a la brasa un descubrimiento que nos encantó, el resto muy rico también.
Cando imos probamos algo diferente e a verdade é que xamais defrauda! Todo xenial, comida riquísima e servicio amable e rápido. Hoxe probamos a lura (calamar) da ría.
