Here is a very surprising step and a good address to share. In the middle of the salt marshes, this aquaculture farm will surprise you with more than one title. the boss can explain the oyster culture but especially make them taste. small, medium, large or long. do not choose and compare: all different but so delicious!
welcome to the small onions, nice setting, extra oysters. and especially the clams to the rhetaise, a wine tuerie are not extraordinary but are 'acceptable' and marvel at the shells. and they have the merit of being local and very affordablebref it will become our holiday canteen ;-)
Close to lawx. perfect for taking eightres or mussels to take away. very friendly staff. The boss still finds us mussels while there's no more to sell...and during this time her daughter makes us a course on how to produce salt! perfect! possibility to eat on site .
