our experience in this place has been fantastic! it has seemed to us one of the most interesting bars we have seen in the lion. specializes in cacheria and it must be recognized that the liver, fried blood and cured tongue are authentic pleasures. Hot day, beer, tripe, sweetbreads, croquettes shared between 4 people. For this tripe hater the tripe was a revelation great texture and hot spicy sauce mopped up with a crusty slice of bread. Followed by sweetbreads in a red wine? sauce followed by croquettes which were creamy slightly cheesy with hamon? Or maybe chopped chorizo. Thanks to my mate without whom I'd have never gone back to tripe. Go if you are going through Leon on your walk on the Camino unbelievably good.
After having our first drink for the evening, we were famish at 8pm. Most bars or restaurants would only serve dinner at 9pm. Apart from the usual small serving of tapas with drinks, we were pleasantly surprised that La Rinconada was ready to serve dinner. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. The bar is small and cosy with outdoor seating. It’s a popular local hangout.
Bar de lo más auténtico que nos hemos encontrado en León. Las tapitas son típicas de León, casquería muy rica. Los camareros nos trataron muy bien y nos han atendido rápido. Y al menos, cuando fuimos nosotros, estaba tranquilo, había gente pero al menos nos oíamos hablar.

We were looking for a place to have an early dinner at 8:30pm and chanced upon La Rinconada. It’s a small bar with 3 tables inside and 5 small tables outside. Many dropped by just for tapa. Food and limonada are good and typical of León.
Antes de ir había leído las reseñas, pero me apetecía ir. La verdad es que alucino con la gente, son unos currantes, trabajan a tope , TODO ES CASERO, lo hace el señor y se nota. El trato perfecto si tú eres educado.

Local correcto. Las raciones algo caras para la cantidad que sirven. Casquería bastante rica, no apto si no te va el picante.
