We had a buffet dinner here as part of a group, but we left a bit disappointed in that the quality of the food wasn't as good as was hoped or anticipated. It was essentially cold when it should have been hot, or warm at least. The feeling was that it had been prepared in a hurry or was a leftover from earlier (unlikely, I know). I'm sure the restaurant could do better but our experience wasn't the best.
Review the cleaning protocol: hair in the shower, mould in the bathroom and dust not made at the bottom, the sheets were stained. Concerning the bedding it was comfortable (this is already it, the rooms remain still old, for soundproofing it is reasonable since we are not far from the airport we were not disturbed by noise. The price of breakfasts remains expensive.

Great sea food from the cold buffet, lots of selection, really great value. Hot buffet is great, I chose the rare beef. Plenty of side food kept in warm dishes. Great wine selection. The two head waiters have been there at least for the last 12 years and provide great service. Book a table now
I have been a few times during my stay in the Bordeaux area and was never disappointed. I first experienced this restaurant during a visit to the Merignac Rotary club that meets there, then came back a few times because I loved the place and the food so much.
Le buffet d entrées est frais, le choix est grand, original par des entrées peu vues ailleurs .. ravitaille en cours de service .. idem pour le buffet chaud . Viande/poisson. Féculents et légumes vert. Les desserts sont très bons .. et bien présentés … Merci
The rooms are rather large and clean. I have a problem with the tap of the bathtub. The sauna is very small and we were unable to enjoy the swimming pool and the hotel is in an industrial area. Otherwise the team was very listening is kind, especially Lila
