I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was abysmal. Our food took over an hour to arrive after we placed our order, and when we asked the waitstaff about the delay, they simply said, “We’re just really busy,” despite the fact that the restaurant was only half full. To make matters worse, we noticed that other customers who were seated after us received their meals before we did.
Ultimately, we decided we weren't going to pay for the food, so we informed the waitress that we were leaving. Surprisingly, our food finally arrived just three minutes later, but they rushed everything and carelessly threw it onto our table. When it was time to settle the bill, the waitress ins...
The food and service at La Ruana Paisa were exceptional. The dishes were fresh, full of flavor, and served quickly. We started with the chicharrón con guacamole, which was superb. For our main course, we chose the bandeja ruana, which was not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious! Mariana did an excellent job accommodating our special requests. We will definitely be coming back. We truly enjoyed our experience.
The drinks are good, but the food is mediocre and overly salty. What bothered me the most was that they automatically added a tip of nearly 25% for just two people dining. Seriously? I would have tipped appropriately, but deciding my tip for me was a major turn-off and makes me not want to return. They should consider valuing repeat customers instead of essentially taking their money without consent.
I visited La Ruana Paisa about 5 to 6 years ago for business, and the food was absolutely amazing. Today, I ordered delivery since most restaurants were closed or overwhelmed with orders. This place truly knows how to cook and provide great service. I can honestly say they are the best. Thanks to the cooks and everyone involved for bringing such delicious food to our table.

The food was really good! We are some Colombian picky eaters, and we Ordered the pollo con champiñones and it was pretty tasty. The outdoor sitting due to covid is confortable and clean. Music was pleasant, and service was very friendly and accommodating.It will come back
The restaurant features a fantastic new design! The food was absolutely delicious. All of our dishes came out promptly and at the same time. Our server, Mariana, was outstanding and consistently checked in with us during the meal.
Great food, but it's very difficult to place an order in English. There should be at least one person who can take phone orders in English. Please consider this, as I truly enjoy your food.
