La Sevillana Parrilla, Roosevelt

Burger not cooked. I took a bit and it was Raw in middle. Asked for it to be cooked properly. They took it behind the counter and everyone handled it looking at the uncooked meat. They returned the burger that had the raw meat it it and with the bite I had taken out of it earlier and it was slightly cooked more, but still reddy pink itside. Didn't eat it in fear of bacteria and could get sick. They couldn't have given me a new burger properly cooked and unhandled by everyone in the staff without gloves Be careful.
