A huge surprise, the name inherited from the former owner is certainly not very evocative, but the dishes are extremely delicate. The team and chef Sébastien are talented, it is probably THE hidden gem of the region. The menu is copious but we leave feeling light! Franco-Japanese fusion mastered to perfection, so go for it with your eyes closed.
Very pleasant terrace, overlooking a pedestrian street, sheltered from traffic. Top-notch cuisine with the boss who comes at the end of the meal to bring you treats, an infrequent attention. The only downside: the slightly long time between each dish, certainly due to the care given to the same dish.
Très très bonne adresse ! On voyage au Japon avec des épices , des saveurs et parfums détourants ! Un vrai régal pour les papilles ! Goûtez le plateau de fromage vous serez agréablement surpris ! Et juste avant le dessert une petite surprise avec devinette vous attend !
