Although the team has a little different quality and flavors are preserved. excellent map, perfect cooking, generous portions. No doubt the best restaurant in St-Max, a shame that the sober and luminous room is not at the height of the quality of the kitchen: they would deserve to be in the cloister of the Basilica, a magnificent site but perhaps cursed after the indifference of poisoning restorers.
good table, careful presentation and delicious meals around a piece of beef with summer truffle. a raspberry gratin and a roasted lavender pear to finish with a sweet note. I recommend.
