You asked me the question last week I would have put 5 stars. We were mostly always happy both at the reception level and at the bakery and patissier achievements (with a slight flat for the opera but it is pure question of personal taste) But last Sunday we were very disappointed we ordered a week before a Paris Brest revisit ganache climbed white chocolate and fresh strawberries for 8/10 but the result was catastrophic the dough was completely missed and flat not cooked inside and very tan on the outside and there must have been a hell of a concern to the cut because the wheel of Paris Brest was reconstituted, broken in several places. Good breads but lack of diversity or at least really elaborate breads, prices a little high with lower quality, the cereal baguette was initially covered in seeds, today it is no longer so. .
The tradition wand is excellent!! 4 pastries bought: excellent!! Macaron, lightning, mille-feuilles and strawberry pie... A real treat! I recommend!!
Very good pastry too is good. Given the increase in the prices of the 1st materials the pastry shops are a dear, but very good.
