A broth with a thousand delicious flavours, incredibly original and varied; a crunchy fermière poultry with a homemade aniseed juice, almond cream and quinoa/bulgour seeds that complement the sublissim taste of hummm roast meat that it was good!!!...not to mention the dessert as light as refined!
