not the experience we were looking for when we booked. 11 degrees outside and the front door was kept open all the time a cold place for dinner. the room is generic and not comfortable. but let us talk about eating an escape from local cheese and tomato, quite unusual for “mountain kitchen”. low temperature pork was uneven, with over boiled sharing at all not delicate. the chives were literally everywhere, on every meal. the vegetarian main dish had no taste at all, with various iterations of the same veggie, carrots in this special case. we saw distinctly different tables that add salt to their meal times. at the end we went to this place because of the Michelin guide. according to our opin...
